Morning Glory Lane-Terminus Land Surveying provided boundary surveying services of this 22 acre property located on the south face of Black Knob in Fairview abutting the Cliffs properties. This property sites in the elevation range of 3,000-4,200 feet above sea level and offers some of the most majestic views in western North Carolina.

Duncan Creek Road-Terminus Land Surveying offered Boundary Surveying for this 21 acre property located in Fletcher. This project included detailed deed research since the current legal description dates back to pre-1950. Dillsboro River Cross Sections-Terminus Land Surveying offered bathometric surveying services in conjunction with bank stabilization along the French Broad River in Dillsboro, North Carolina. The recent removal of a downstream dam had lead to river bank destabilization and an immediate action was required by NCEEP to rectify the situation. This project included river bottom cross sections at predetermined locations. Project partners include Wolf Creek Engineering and Equinox Environmental.
